SUMMARY
The City of Augusta, Maine is seeking proposals for Bid No. 225018 to replace existing hallway fire-rated doors at the Augusta Civic Center (ACC). The scope includes the purchase and installation of seven (7) pairs of 60-minute rated fire doors (3 pairs for the 1st floor, 4 pairs for the 2nd floor) equipped with appropriate hinges, kick plates, exit devices, and door closers. The successful vendor will be responsible for all materials, labor, removal and disposal of existing equipment, and providing warranty and maintenance options. Work must be completed within sixteen weeks of award. Sealed bids are due by February 7, 2025, at 2:00 PM at the Augusta City Center. A site visit is encouraged by appointment with the Director of Facilities Operations, Forrest Bumford.
