SUMMARY
The City of Auburn is requesting bid prices for as-needed tree removals, tree pruning, and stump grinding on City-owned property and rights-of-way from November 1st, 2026, through September 30th, 2027. Work shall include the furnishing of all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, traffic control, hauling, disposal, cleanup, and incidentals necessary to perform the requested services. The contract establishes unit prices for routine and emergency response work and is intended to provide the City with a readily available source for safely removing dead/dying trees, hazardous trees, stump removals, and pruning operations in accordance with industry standards (ANSI A300 standards and ISA Best Management Practices) and City requirements. Compensation shall be based solely on the bid unit prices and actual quantities authorized and performed not to exceed $120,000.00 per contract term.
