SUMMARY
The City of Auburn is soliciting sealed bids for the City Hall Modifications project. The scope of work includes renovations to the Customer Service and Reception Desk areas, minor office reconfigurations, and improved HVAC controls throughout the building. Additive alternates include flooring replacement in the first-floor west wing (OCM Wing) and ADA parking lot improvements on the west side of the building.
