The City and County of Honolulu, Department of Environmental Services is seeking competitive sealed bids to furnish and deliver one (1) ductile pipe threader machine for the Honouliuli Wastewater Treatment Plant. The scope includes a heavy-duty steel frame CNC pipe threader machine (Revolution Machine Tools TGB 24 CNC, QuakeLogic QL-PipeThread Pro 24 CNC, or approved substitute) with 3 in to 24 in outside pipe diameter capacity, 24 in facing head diameter, 20 HP spindle motor, 10-300 RPM variable spindle speed, and integrated coaxial air/oil lubrication system. Required accessories include large and adapting plates, C6 Capto clamping units, a 26 ft power up/down infeed conveyor system (11,000 lbs capacity), chip conveyor with oil misting system, NPT threading kits, grooving and facing kits, and carbide inserts. The contract also requires complete onsite set-up, leveling, start-up, functional testing, and a minimum of two days of 8-hour operator and maintenance training. The submission deadline is October 29, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. HST, via [email protected]. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for the total sum bid. Vendors must be registered as compliant on the Hawaii Compliance Express System prior to award and may apply a 5% Hawaii Bidder/Offeror preference.
