UNLV grants temporary easement for Vegas Loop build

UNLV intends to grant The Boring Company a temporary construction easement over parking areas near the Thomas & Mack Center to stage and build the Vegas Loop station. The Boring Company will bear all costs, restoration duties, and environmental responsibilities, with UNLV retaining operational control of its facilities.
