UNLV sets long-term Vegas Loop operations framework

UNLV plans an Operations and Management Agreement and Access License with The Boring Company to operate the Vegas Loop station on campus at no operating cost to the university. The long-term, coterminous agreement grants TBC a non-exclusive access license while preserving UNLV’s control over parking, branding, and key revenue streams and securing fare discounts for campus users.
