UNLV, TBC Set Long-Term Vegas Loop Station Deal

The Board of Regents of the Nevada System of Higher Education, on behalf of UNLV, is entering into an Operations and Management Agreement and Access License with TBC - The Boring Company to operate, manage, and maintain a Vegas Loop transit station on UNLV property at TBC’s sole cost and expense. The Agreement runs from the operations commencement date through the term of the related Development and Clark County Franchise Agreements, with an optional extension of up to 50 years, and provides UNLV with fare discounts, parking and advertising revenues, and detailed safety, insurance, and decommissioning protections. The access license grants TBC non‑exclusive rights to use the station site while preserving UNLV’s reserved campus and parking authorities.
