Renewal

Agreement terminates automatically upon Substantial Completion of the Station, termination of the related Development Agreement, or another date mutually agreed in writing; revocable by Grantor on 30 days’ notice for uncured material breach and immediately for failure to maintain insurance or prohibited boring operations. Any permanent easement or operating rights must be established under a separate future instrument.
