Chino Valley denies Arizona IDA mortgage bond use

The Town of Chino Valley adopted Resolution No. 2026-1304 formally denying approval for the Arizona Industrial Development Authority to use proceeds of up to $75 million in mortgage revenue bonds for single-family mortgage loans within Town limits. This action blocks the IDA’s single-family mortgage and down payment assistance program from operating within the Town unless the denial is later revoked with the Authority’s consent.
