The Board is scheduled to hold a TEFRA hearing and adopt a resolution approving the Arizona Industrial Development Authority’s issuance of up to $30 million in education revenue bonds on behalf of Pinecrest Academy of Northern Nevada Foundation to finance charter school facilities and related costs. The bonds will not obligate Washoe County, which has received an indemnification letter prepared by its bond counsel, Sherman & Howard LLC.
