Council Approves Providence Life Services Bond Issuance

Description
The City of Zeeland Council approved a resolution permitting the Illinois Finance Authority to issue up to $80 million in revenue bonds for Providence Life Services’ Royal Park Place/Royal Atrium Inn facilities, with about $16 million expected for projects within the City. The bonds will finance and refinance improvements such as elevator, parking, roofing, and air conditioning upgrades with no financial liability to the City.
