SUMMARY

The Universities of Wisconsin is seeking a cloud-based Energy Management Software to provide UW personnel with a cloud-based, interactive computer program accessible 24/7/365 via the Internet to assist in managing UW energy usage. This software solution will be utilized by multiple users across up to 13 UW campuses at various locations. The solution should collect monthly utility accounts using an automatic process, parse data to create functional dashboards and reports of energy usage, import interval data, and integrate directly with meters for manual or automatic reading. The software must also collaboratively meet all UW security policies and requirements, including high-risk information security. Proposals were due by August 11, 2026.
