SUMMARY
The University of North Florida invites qualified engineering firms to provide professional services for miscellaneous projects in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and Structural disciplines. Projects include engineering design, studies, and construction administration for on-campus and off-campus repairs, remodels, renovations, alterations, and additions. Each project shall not exceed $7,500,000 in total construction cost, and individual studies shall not exceed $500,000 in fees. Work will be primarily located at the University of North Florida, 1 UNF Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32224. The initial term of the agreement will be for three years, with one option to renew for an additional two-year period, starting July 1, 2026. Proposals are due by May 5, 2026, at 2:00 PM via the UNF Bid Portal.
