SUMMARY
The Town of Hampton, NH is seeking sealed written bid proposals from qualified, State and/or Federally licensed solid waste management facilities to receive and dispose of construction and demolition debris (C&D) waste generated by residential and small commercial sources within the Town. The contract is for a term of three years, beginning January 1, 2024.
EVALUATION CRITERIA
Responsiveness, responsibility, lowest costs over time, terms viewed as most favorable, satisfactory negotiation of contract agreement, factors set forth in Town's Purchasing Policy and Purchasing Procedures Chapter 718.

Receive and dispose of C&D waste, Supply one or two 100-cubic yard trailers at no rental fee, Transport and return trailers, Provide hauling equipment and manpower, Provide expertise, Labor, Tractors, And materials.
