SUMMARY
The Town of Hampton, NH is soliciting sealed written bid proposals from qualified Federally and/or State licensed landfill or incinerator facilities for municipal solid waste (MSW) disposal services. The selected provider will receive and dispose of refuse generated within the Town and delivered to the Town's transfer station by residents, businesses, and curbside collection vehicles. The contract term is for three years, from January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2026. The Town generated approximately 8,356 tons in 2021 and 7,491 tons in 2022. Bidders must provide a per-ton rate, which may be subject to annual CPI-U adjustments. Facilities must be located in Maine, New Hampshire, or Massachusetts. Sealed proposals are due by November 9, 2023, at 3:00 PM at the Town Manager's Office.
