SUMMARY
The Town of Hampton, NH is soliciting qualifications from experienced, full-service, professional consultants to provide Value Engineering (VE) review services for the Wastewater Treatment Plant’s (WWTP) Phase II Upgrades. The selected consultant will lead a three-day VE workshop on the 30% preliminary design, which includes upgrades to the grit dumping station, septage receiving, screening building, influent pumping station, primary clarifiers, and solids handling systems. Responsibilities include forming a VE team, identifying alternative concepts, developing conceptual cost estimates, and providing draft and final reports. A mandatory pre-RFQ submission meeting and site walk is scheduled for November 7, 2023, at 1:00 PM at the WWTP. Submissions are due by November 16, 2023, at 2:00 PM. The project is anticipated to be funded by a NHDES State Revolving Fund loan.
