SUMMARY
Sealed bids are requested for furnishing the construction of a new thirteen space porous asphalt public parking lot, including creating a new curb cut access from Andover Street, construction of segmental block retaining wall, landscaping, and other miscellaneous improvements. The project includes clearing, grubbing, excavation, tree removal, installation of erosion control measures, furnishing and installing new curb cut and sidewalk improvements, and furnishing and installing hot mix porous asphalt and subgrade materials for a fully operational porous pavement parking lot. It also includes furnishing and installing precast area drains and catch basins, handicap signage and posts, and granite curbing. The work also includes restoration of any items impacted, damaged or destroyed by the proposed improvements or by encroaching upon areas outside the Project Site, and providing and restoring disturbed areas and temporary facilities.
