SUMMARY
PHA seeks to award multiple contracts to Consultants to provide environmental engineering services on various projects throughout the City of Philadelphia on an as-needed basis. These projects may involve new developments, redevelopment or major rehabilitation projects. Consultant will provide environmental review and documentation pursuant to 24 CFR Part 50 and Part 58. Consultant will assist PHA with completion of HUD form 4128 and provide requisite documentation. Projects must be in compliance with NEPA and other related Federal and state environmental laws. Consultant will be responsible for uploading information into HEROS.
