SUMMARY

McMullen County, Texas is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified professional engineering firms to provide engineering investigation, evaluation, design, permitting, construction-support, and related professional services for the rehabilitation of an existing stormwater drainage system. The drainage system has experienced erosion, migration, or loss of fill and bedding sand/material surrounding reinforced concrete pipe, leading to loss of pipe support, void development, settlement, pavement distress, and structural deterioration. The selected firm will initially investigate and evaluate the existing system and develop recommended rehabilitation alternatives, with potential additional services including final design, permitting, bidding assistance, and construction inspection.
