SUMMARY
Leon County Schools is seeking Qualification Statements from prequalified firms for a continuing contract to provide professional mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering consulting services. The contract is intended for projects with estimated budgets meeting thresholds established in Florida Statute 287.055(2)(g). Services include consultations, feasibility studies, new construction, repairs, renovations, alterations, and remodeling for K-12 educational facilities. The agreement term begins July 1, 2024, and remains in effect until June 30, 2026, with three optional one-year renewals.
