SUMMARY
The Kissimmee Utility Authority (KUA) is soliciting services for a market research study to measure opinions among residential and commercial & industrial customers. The scope includes completing 200 telephone and 200 digital surveys for residential customers, and 50 telephone and 50 digital surveys for commercial & industrial customers. The selected vendor will update the 2025 survey instrument (max 45 questions), provide project management, translate instruments and responses between English and Spanish, and perform data analysis and presentation of results.
