SUMMARY
Gateway Services Community Development District invites sealed bids for ITB-24-16-PW-FY 2025 Lake Bank Restorations: Lakes 98 and 99 in Lee County, Florida. The work consists of lake bank restoration for Lakes 98 and 99 using an anchor reinforced vegetation system (ARVS), non-woven geotextile, surveying, field engineering, staking residential lot lines and lake maintenance easements, excavation, fill, compaction, tree and landscaping removal within easements, and turbidity mitigation using chemical agents/flocculants. Submissions are due by November 8, 2024, at 2:00 P.M. EST (or November 8, 2024 portal deadline). A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 23, 2024, at 10:40 AM. Bid Security/Bond and Public Construction Bond are required.
