SUMMARY
PCL/Sundt JV is soliciting contractors to submit proposals for the Roberto R. Bustamante WWTP Expansion & Upgrades – Bid Package 6 issued by El Paso Water. Qualified SLBE, MBE & WBE firms are encouraged to submit bids. Project scope includes facility improvements and upgrades to the Wastewater Treatment Plant, specifically Yard Pipe Package 1. A non-mandatory pre-bid and site walk meeting will be held on March 11, 2025, at 1:00 PM at the PCL/Sundt jobsite trailer located at 10001 Pan American Drive, El Paso, TX 79927. Written questions are due no later than ten business days before the bid date and should be directed to Raul Carrillo. Submission deadline is March 21, 2025, at 2:00 PM.
