SUMMARY
PCL/Sundt JV invites qualified SLBE, MBE, and WBE contractors and suppliers to submit proposals for the Roberto R. Bustamante WWTP Expansion & Upgrades – Bid Package 7 at the Wastewater Treatment Plant in El Paso, TX. Scope includes facility improvements, precast hollow core planks and prestressed concrete double tees, structural precast erection, masonry, doors, frames & hardware, roll-up doors, aluminum door and window frames, glass, glazing, translucent wall assemblies, flooring, high-performance and epoxy coatings, plumbing, and HVAC systems. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 11, 2025, with submissions due by March 28, 2025.
