SUMMARY

PCL/Sundt JV is soliciting DBE, SLBE, MBE, WBE and OBE firms to submit proposals for Bid Package 7 for Process Mechanical at the Advanced Water Purification Facility in El Paso, Texas. The new large-scale water treatment facility will directly purify treated wastewater from the Roberto R. Bustamante WWTP for potable reuse, utilizing advanced treatment technologies including microfiltration/ultrafiltration, nanofiltration/reverse osmosis, UV advanced oxidation, granular activated carbon, stabilization, and chlorine disinfection. Proposals are due by May 28, 2025 at 2:00 PM (MT). The project is federally funded, subject to Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rates, Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements, and American Iron and Steel (AIS) provisions.
