SUMMARY
The County of Saginaw is seeking proposals from qualified Duro-Last contractors for a roof repair project at the Saginaw County Courthouse located at 111 S. Michigan Ave., Saginaw, MI. The scope of work includes relief cutting existing rubber, installing new 100 PSI 1/2" HD ISO board, installing new Duro-Last .060mil white membrane, two-way breather vents, termination bars, 24 ga two-piece metal edges, and pipe/curb flashings.
