PROPOSER's financial ability to perform the services described in the Agreement, The qualifications of the PROPOSER's professional personnel and the type, quality and quantity of equipment currently owned or leased by the Proposer to be utilized to perform the services pursuant to this RFP and Agreement, PROPOSERS shall have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in providing park maintenance services in parks of similar complexity and size as the parks in Parks Group B, PROPOSER's total cost of services as provided in the Exhibit B-Fee Schedule Table
