SUMMARY

The City of Syracuse Parks and Recreation Department is seeking proposals for community outreach and implementation services related to the CoRe Grant. The selected contractor will lead the public input process, manage volunteer recruitment, and oversee the planting and maintenance of over 1,700 trees. This project is part of a larger reforestation and restoration effort covering 38 acres of natural areas across 8 city-owned parcels.
