SUMMARY
The City of Port St. Lucie is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to establish a contract for mechanical integrity testing (MIT) of deep injection well IW-1 located at the Prineville Water Treatment Plant (WTP). The scope includes providing all necessary material, equipment, and labor to meet performance and quality requirements for the testing of the well system. The project documentation includes a location map, site plan, and diagrams of the deep injection well system, as well as photos of the IW-1 wellhead and containment pad. All work must be completed prior to September 27, 2025. Bids are due by July 16, 2025, and must be submitted to the City's procurement office. A notice of interest is due by June 27, 2025.
