SUMMARY
The City of Hillsdale is requesting design/build qualifications and proposals for a new Transfer Station facility. The project consists of a 60' x 60' non-insulated pre-engineered/pre-fabricated structure located at 425 W Carlton Rd (M-99). Bidders may submit proposals for Option 1: a pre-engineered metal building structure with associated concrete work, or Option 2: an alternate style/type pre-engineered/pre-fabricated building structure with associated concrete work (wood structures are strictly prohibited). Sealed proposals are due by 2:00 pm local time on March 3, 2021, at the Office of the City Clerk in Hillsdale City Hall.
