SUMMARY
Bay County is seeking proposals for the construction and deployment of prefabricated polyhedral concrete artificial reef modules for the Natural Resource Damage Assessment Early Restoration Phase IV Artificial Reef Project. The modules must meet specific size and design specifications, and will be deployed offshore in the Gulf of America.
