Agreement may be renewed, revised, or modified by written amendment signed by both parties for two additional one-year terms beyond June 30, 2028, not to exceed a total of five years, after which a new agreement is required. Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice, and the agreement may be reduced or canceled if legislative appropriations are not available.
