The City of Gearhart is preparing to enter into a mutual agreement with North Coast Land Conservancy to facilitate the conservation and acquisition of properties along Neacoxie Creek. Under the agreement, NCLC will provide technical expertise and transactional support with no direct fees to the City; the City assumes responsibility for legal and closing costs.
