The Board authorized the Executive Director to negotiate and enter into a one-year Airline Use and Lease Agreement with Breeze Airways of Cottonwood Heights, Utah, including lease of terminal space and payment of fees based on Atlantic City International Airport’s current rates and charges. The agreement includes two additional one-year options subject to mutual agreement.
