The Sunapee School Board formally authorized other public agencies, including Sullivan County, to cooperatively procure Energy Efficient Investments, Inc. as their energy services company for planning and executing energy performance upgrade projects under RSA 53-A:3. The agreement remains in effect until the county determines whether to proceed with projects or until the board revokes the authority.
