Contract term

Minimum three years beginning when Evansville Water & Light first furnishes service, scheduled for spring 2028; thereafter continues until terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice

Renewal

Initial term is at least three years from the first service date, after which the agreement continues until either party provides 30 days' written notice. CHS may terminate if PSCW approval is not received within 12 months of the effective date or before construction begins, subject to reimbursement and equipment-resale provisions.
