Either party may terminate at any time with at least 45 days’ written notice; if Facility fails to give such notice, it must pay four weeks of services based on average or anticipated weekly gross billings. Non-solicitation of Therapists applies for 12 months after termination, with buyout option at 40% of Therapist’s offered gross annual salary for direct hire.
