Participating school districts entered a 2026–2027 cooperative agreement with Gordon Cooper Technology Center to serve as fiscal administrator for the East Central Oklahoma On-Line Consortium. The center will manage accounting and vendor contracting for online coursework and related support services, funded via per-seat fees and ADM-based cost allocations.
