El Dorado County has retained BAE Urban Economics to conduct a financial feasibility analysis of proposed alternative housing standards for the Tahoe El Dorado Area Plan. The consultant’s work evaluates whether the County’s measures are more cost-effective than TRPA’s Phase 2 Housing Amendments in producing deed-restricted housing.
