Description

The Town of Stowe and Stowe Electric Department are entering into an MOU with Kingsbury Companies to allow use of the Nebraska Valley Highway Garage parcel for staging and passive storage of equipment for the Smith’s Falls Dam repowering project. The agreement runs through the 2026 and 2027 construction seasons, with termination no later than December 1, 2027, and includes insurance, access, and site restoration requirements.
