The Campbell City Council will approve a lease agreement with the Santa Clara County Library District Joint Powers Authority for operation and maintenance of the renovated Campbell Branch Library at 77 Harrison Avenue. The City Manager will be authorized to execute the lease once both agencies’ governing bodies approve it.
