The City of Newnan is considering a first amendment to its intergovernmental agreement with Explore Newnan-Coweta, Inc. to continue offering access to the City’s group health and ancillary insurance benefits for ENCI employees from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with five automatic one-year renewals. ENCI will continue to pay the full COBRA and published premium rates for all covered benefits.
