The City of San Antonio plans to award a two-year contract, with two optional one-year renewals, to International Business Machines Corporation for SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA implementation and integration services, in an amount not to exceed $14,143,888 including contingency. The engagement will complete the City’s ERP upgrade, modernizing core financial and procurement processes and is funded through the FY 2026 Financial System Upgrade capital project.
