The City of Morgan Hill has been awarded $1 million in grant funding from the Silicon Valley Clean Energy Authority (SVCE). This funding will support the Morgan Hill Aquatics Center Community Decarbonization Project, which aims to convert the aquatics center to all-electric operations. The project includes converting smaller pools and water heating units from gas to electric, increasing the electric service capacity, and redesigning outdoor facility space for heat pump units.
