Texarkana City Council will consider an agreement with Garver Engineering for up to $773,200 to administer widening of Taxiways B and D and conversion of Runway 13 at the regional airport. The project will be funded through a Federal Aviation Administration grant with matching funds from the Arkansas Division of Aeronautics.
