SUMMARY
The University of North Florida invites qualified engineering firms to provide professional services for miscellaneous projects in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and Structural disciplines. Projects include engineering design, studies, and construction administration for on-campus and off-campus repairs, remodels, renovations, alterations, and additions. Each project is not to exceed $7,500,000 in total construction cost or $500,000 for individual studies. Work will be primarily located at the University of North Florida, 1 UNF Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32224. The initial term of the agreement is for three years with one two-year option to renew.
