SUMMARY
The Town of Nantucket Affordable Housing Trust Fund (NAHT) is offering a pilot program to create year-round housing and provide housing stability, security, and affordability for people living or working year-round on Nantucket, MA. Through the Deed Restriction Program, the NAHT will offer a financial incentive to Nantucket property owners who place a permanent deed restriction on their homes that will limit the sale or rental of their homes to year-round residents. The NAHT will hold the deed restriction in perpetuity. This Request for Proposal is made in accordance with Massachusetts General Law Ch. 30B section 16.
