SUMMARY

The Tampa Sports Authority is requesting bids for Bid #24-10 to refinish approximately 78,470 square feet of upper concourse traffic coating at Raymond James Stadium located at 4201 N. Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa, Florida. The work includes demolition and surface preparation down to bare sound concrete, concrete repairs, pitching and sloping for drainage, and application of a waterproofing traffic coating system consisting of primer, elastomeric body coat (membrane), 20-30 grit silica aggregate, and a pigmented aliphatic polyurea topcoat. Contractors must also provide 5,000 linear feet of polyurethane caulking and complete the project within 60 calendar days with a July 11, 2025 completion deadline. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Raymond James Stadium Entrance B/C off Himes Avenue. Questions are due by Friday, April 18, 2025, and bids must be submitted no later than Thursday, April 24, 2025, at 10:00 AM via email to [email protected] or hand-delivered to the TSA office. Required submissions include a bid bond (5%), references, E-Verify affidavit, and public entity crimes statement.
