SUMMARY
Construction improvements of an unfinished space that includes sealed concrete slab floor, two (2) single-use restrooms, custodial closet, lighting, fire protection, electrical and HVAC at Raymond James Stadium, Tampa, Florida. The work encompasses drywall, flooring, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and fire protection systems as outlined in drawings and specifications by O Sports Engineering. Bid #24-14 has a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Monday, May 12, 2025, at 11:00 AM, and bids are due by Friday, May 16, 2025, not later than 11:00 AM.
