The Tampa Sports Authority seeks a qualified contractor to furnish, install, and commission fourteen (14) Essence HVLS Ceiling Fans on the east and west sides of the Main Concourse level at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida. The scope involves electrical and control work including power supply, fire alarm relays, conduits, circuit breakers, wiring, programming and commissioning of two (2) BAFCON controllers (Model C-CON-00-08-10-X1), integration of fire alarm relays with the existing building fire alarm control system (Simplex 41000ES), and BACnet integration with the existing Building Management System (Tridium). Additional requirements include structural supports and mounting hardware, load capacity and safety compliance, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and warranty documentation. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Monday, June 2, 2025, at 10am at Raymond James Stadium Entrance B/C, with questions due by Friday, June 6, 2025, not later than 10am, and bids due by Thursday, June 12, 2025, not later than 10am. Bid security of 5% is required, along with performance and payment bonds.
